GREENWICH'S PUBS
Greenwich’s new Local Plan will help shape what happens to the borough’s pubs over the next 15 years.
At the moment, it sets out how pubs can be redeveloped, but it doesn't include how we keep the ones we’ve got and protect them for our communities.
It’s still being finalised, and the council is asking for your feedback.
You can still change the plan
Ask Royal Borough of Greenwich to strengthen its pub policy and plan for community ownership, not just private redevelopment. Ask them to:

Treat all remaining Greenwich pubs as community assets.

Recognise small pubs as key drivers of local and neighbourhood economies.
3
Make retaining our remaining pubs the priority, rather than redevelopment and loss.
